Lingerie home sewing patterns

Hi there!
I'm looking for a pattern designer for 2 lingerie/loungewear projects; one is a soft bralette and panty set and the other is a chemise and tap pant, with a playsuit option that is the chemise and tap pant combined.

These are for home sewing patterns so I will need the files layered by size and in 2 file sizes: 8.5x11 US Letter (tiled for home printing) and A0. I have a pattern template for the tiled size with the markings. I also will provide our sizing chart.

How I normally work is you'd make a first pattern, then I sample it and make notes if any, then we go to grading.

Because these are home sewing patterns, I also include:
Flat sketch
Sewing directions with illustrations
Cutting layout illustrations
Fabric amount required by size
Finished garment measurements
Please let me know if this is something you can also do and which parts from the above list.

I'm looking for a fairly quick turnaround time. I would need first patterns no later than September 4th, with grading and everything complete by the 21st and I don't have much flexibility with these dates.
