Label for BBQ Chef’s Jacket

I need a logo for my BBQ chef‘s jacket. I have some ideas but need someone to put all my thoughts in a nice looking logo. I have found something which I like as a starting point. Please keep the bull and the pig but add a fish instead of the lamb in the same style. And there should be a hot red chili underneath or behind the meat symbols, since I like hot and spicy foods. The red chili should have the green part on the left side. You should see that this chili is hot by having some restrained flames. Please bear in mind that this will be embroided on the jacket rather than simple printed. So please avoid too colourful layouts.
