This is the beginning of starting this projects. My Family have been jewelry industry over 30 years. I also have been this industry over 7 years. While I was in the jewelry industry, I had many opportunity to meet master crafts man in factory. Their master crafts skill was really amazing and artistic. But, the master crafts man group all worried about their economic situation and families. At the same time, the fashion industry is the largest and most profitable it’s ever been---AND the most unjust for the producers working in it, with the last few years even being the deadliest in history. I thought it is unfair and someone should take a action to make it fair.
I want to make "innovation" in Jewelry Industry. I believe "our small innovation" can affect all jewelry industry because it's right thing to do.

We believe that Jewelry could be both beautiful and meaningful.
Our Mission is to radically transform the Jewelry industry, while demonstrating that companies can do good in the world, scale, and make a profit without charging a premium for it.
We helps the master craftsman find markets for their impressive crafts skill by our platform. Also, we support vulnerable social group like village women and single mom by educating jewelry crafts and design skill and training programme (Financial Management, Accounting, Brand Management for being their own business). After education, We hire them to make sustainable benefit to preserve their family and support training programme
With this direct-to-the-source revenue stream, we can preserve these age-old skills and attract future generations to the craft. In turn, we improve the standard of living for families and the entire village.
Currently, we are seeking a jewelry designer to work with us continuously.

Below are our project detail
We get a projects collaborated with korean government as social company. With Collaboration with korean government, the designers from abroad will make jewelry design inspired by korean travelling motivation.
The designer that work with us might exposure to media and the design products will be display on the all tourist attraction in korea. If the design is getting popular, we also have intention to give more incentive about that.
