Initial Logo re-branding, ongoing t-shirt / various design work

We are looking for an experience designer who can work with us on an ongoing basis for our professional printing clients. Initially we are looking at re-designing our logo as we are expending our products to included printed apparel and want to encompass that in the new design for us. Ongoing t-shirt design for novelty, personalised, based on tv & film, and other specialist markets. Looking for someone adaptable who can also do other design work

Please provide full details on your experience, idea of cost of the initial logo re-brand, and ongoing cost per t-shirt design.

Ideally also please provide a high resolution sample file to us to print on a garment to see the quality of your t-shirt design work together with other samples, and link to your portfolio.
