I want to create tee shirts on http://teespring.com. For best quality tee shirts tee spring recommends using vector files. I work with an iPad and cannot create and manipulate vector files. I need someone who can create vector files, upload them to my tee spring account and help me design tee shirts. Attached is an example of a tee shirt I have had professionally created.
