I need sewing analysis and tech pack for creating a felt doll

Flying Zanzineez, Inc has created a whimsical set of felt dolls.
The dolls are nearly identical except for size and color therefore we only need the task below for 1 (one) doll.

We need 2 (two) tasks completed.
1. Analyze the existing sewing and make improvements
2. Create a 'Tech Pack'.
The tech pack will be used to send to several different mass productions companies.
3. Contact information of any company you feel might mass produce these dolls.

Additional information
1. I have the 'pattern' for all parts of the doll.
2. I have Felt cutouts to be used to build the dolls.
3. I have videos and other documentation of 'how to sew' the parts and create the dolls
