Experience Level: Intermediate
I have some Japanese kimono silk that I would love to turn into a dress. Kimono fabric is cut into strips about 2 ft wide and the design would have to work around that. I would need the seamstress to choose a good liner fabric. I live in Japan, so I would have to mail the fabric. Anyone located in Japan would be better.
