I need a sewing pattern created from photo of a dress for a first holy communion

I'd like a sewing pattern for a first holy communion dress for an 8 year old. Style: square neck, cap sleeves, gathered skirt, long, suitable to be made in a satin-type fabric with an organza or chiffon overlay on the skirt and lace overlay on the bodice. No embellishments other than a wide satin tie-back sash.

I found a photo of something similar, though obviously don't want to illegally copy someone's design - it just gives an idea of the shape I'm looking for.
