Experience Level: Expert
I have a low quality image that I need redrawn and then I need the flame effects added back to it. I need it all to be 300dpi. I do NOT want vector art. It needs to be realistic just better quality that it is now. I do have the text portion that I can send as a vector file so that it does not have to be recreated.
I need to receive the completed file within 48 hours.
