I need a custom drawn T Shirt Design

I work for a non profit organization that helps recovering alcoholics and addicts and our world convention is coming up in a few weeks. Im the State Supervisor for West Virginia and we need T Shirts to represent our State. I Dont have a idea of how the shirt should look but I do have Idea of the theme.

The Logo of the Orginization has to be in the Shirts and I was thinking of the theme of breaking the chains of addiction like a tattoo man and addiction chains being broken by companies logo. The logo can be found at www.oxfordhouse.org.
