I am looking for 1 or 2 skilled graphic designers with experience with sportswear

Information for the business: We sell custom made sports and leisurewear
Industry: Lifestyle/Travel
Details about the apparel: many different sports, basketball, soccer, Australian football, netball,
Content to include on the apparel: custom designs, logos, numbers etc
Ideas for the visual style: in line with current world trends
Extra notes: I am looking for people with knowledge of sport specific logos and designs. There will be times when we will simply re create a design and others when we will need a complete new design.

I have the base templates for all of my garments. I currently do the designs but am out of time. The production is done mostly in China.

I am talking about small quantities team wear. Every client will have their own graphic design and logos in their garments. We are not a retail sales organization. All garments are made to order using the dye sublimation process.

while the designer will be paid my me, I would like to have an arrangement where my clients can liaise directly with the designer to generate the required out comes.

I am sourcing offshore from Australia to create an international team of skilled people so that we can grow and prosper in a very cost conscience market.

For the right person this will be an ongoing proposition working at an hourly rate.
