High quality cotton dust bags

I'm looking for a handy sewer who can see me up some fairly simple, high quality cotton dust bags for luxury products.

Ability to work with me on tweaking sizes slightly and putting together a small run. The bags don't need fastening or anything, just need to be finished to a high quality standard.

I've attached a picture of the sort of thing with the flap folding over, hence no need for fastenings
