Health and safety news letters one for a school

I am the health and safety representative for a therapeutic school for children, id like to produce a news letter once a month, id like to have someone design a news letter for me that I can easily up date as required and send out to the teachers, I want it to be of a high standard and the wow factor yet easy for me to add the subject and pictures, also needs to be able to be printed easily if required and go through emails but still have the correct formatting.
