Graphics designer for T-shirts

We are looking for a Graphics designer for T-shirt designs.

Must haves:
- Experience making designs for T-shirts
- Eye for details, great sense of design and quick turn-around time
- Be able to mockup these designs on tshirt blanks
- Full time availability
- Sincere focus and love towards the work they do
- Daily communication and availability via hangout or Skype

Optionally (good to have):
- Understanding of current on-going tshirt trends
- Be able to make suggestions about categories to focus on

This a long term, full time position. We have a budget of $300-350 (max 350). I understand the pay is low but we will have a commission structure to pay a % for all the sales that are generated by your designs. This commission will MORE THAN MAKE UP for the low fixed pay.
