Full service lingerie design and product development

I am looking for an experienced lingerie designer who has worked on similar projects to offer full services in designing and overseeing the product development process from start to finish.
PROJECT DETAILS

Ve’Loush is a start-up lingerie brand for women with bigger and fuller busts. Ve’Loush is looking to start creating its very first premium luxury lingerie collection consisting of bras and matching underwear. The brand will specialise in offering to the market, bigger bras for triple cup sizes and above, with a small collection of double cups. Our brand’s emphasis is to provide perfect fitting and comfortable bras, that offer good support, and are colourful, sexy and on-trend. The aim is for customers to look good in our lingerie, feel sexy, with a renewed sense of confidence.

In terms of the bra design, I am looking for a complete redesign of the bra. As someone with a fuller bust, I feel that the traditional bra doesn’t take into account the physical struggles for those with big boobs. So, Ve’Loush is proposing to create a bra meant for bigger busts. I’ve thought about how the Ve’Loush bra will look like and here are my design suggestions. I welcome your expertise thoughts on my ideas and how you can help me make them work.

THE BACK
I want to use strong stretchy expandable material similar to what is used in making shapewear. I feel this will eliminate fitting issues in the back and having to measure to yourself to find your back size. I want the material to be able to expand based on the person’s back size.

FRONT.
In the case of bigger busts, I believe that most of the support in the bra should happen in the front which is where the weight is. I have found that I have back issues because my heavy front drags my back forward causing muscle tension and aching.
I’m thinking to have the hooks moved from the back to the front to give more support there. There will be a double hooking system in the front, of 4 hooks or clippings, with an inner sewing of either zipper or Velcro attachment this is to give a smooth and invisible covering over the hooks.

I also wanted the front cup material to have a minimising effect. We will be working with silk and lace fabrics.

WIRE
If possible I wanted to get rid of the wire in the bra or at least rather than it coming all the way up to come have way between the middle. This is because it bulges through clothes and uncomfortable.
To replace the wire I was thinking of using a non-wire material that could the same job as the wire

HOOKS.
I was thinking of having different hooking positions on different bras
For example, hooks could be placed in the front, or on the sides
