Fashion patter Cutting, Grading & Production

My name is Sanaz, I am a fashion buyer looking to start a new company.

I am contacting you regarding fashion pattern cutting, grading and production for sweatshirts/ t-shirts (menswear). Would you be able to provide pattern cuts based on already existing garments? Also, would you be able to also produce a small number of units (around 10)?
