Fashion designs/sketches and ideas for girls' summer dress

I am looking for one to two really super designs for a little girl's dress (aged 4-8). Deliverable will be sketches... Dress must be fun, colorful, playful but yet still slightly formal, and traditional. For instance, circle skirts with a conservative neckline....
Dress will be made from cotton and should be appropriate for spring/summer.
Style should be simple but chic. It should definitely stand out in a crowd.
