Design a lanyard

I am looking for a talented individual to re-design a lanyard for my start-up healthcare software company. I would like our logo in white on a bIack background and 2 other logos for a conference we are holding. The lanyard will be 2.5cm wide and hold an ID badge. The lanyard must be a simple but beautiful design to encourage people to wear them. The design should convey the image of a technologically savvy, well-designed and modern company. I have a current design that could do with an upgrade. I am very open to further design ideas.

Once the successful applicant is hired, the job will need to be completed within 3 days with unlimited revisions. The final design will need to be provided as 1 or 2 vector files and PDF format to allow the lanyard printing company to manipulate them into their own software for printing.
