Design a cleavage creating bra for a male chest

I am looking for a prototype bra that looks like a regualr ladies' bra but with extreme push to move the pectoral muscles to create the maximum cleavage possible. I believe this would involve hard pads pushing from the side (mostly) and also the bottom. The cup would most likely be full because the male really ahs no breast tissue. A small lace edge would also be used to amsk the edge. Finally I believe a ribbed edge would be necessary under the bra cup to keep the pushed tissue from moving back.
The back should have extra eye hooks to be flexible in sizing to accommodate 36-38 and even 40 if possible and then also 40-42-44 inch chests.
My business is a small specialty store that sells to drag queens and crossdressers.
