About Mo’cycle
We are Mo’cycle — the Swedish innovation company behind the world’s first motorcycle airbag jeans, saving 10 people in real-life accidents so far. Our brand has already earned global recognition (Drew Barrymore, FortNine, Jimmy Fallon, European Safety Awards).
Now we’re developing the next evolution: Adventure Airbag Pants and Airbag Jackets — and we’re looking for skilled CLO3D freelancers to support us in the following stages:
________________________________________
What You Will Do (Based on Project Phase)
We are hiring multiple freelancers, prioritized by task order. You may take on one or several stages:
1. Initial 3D Rendering – Visualize the current garment from our DXF files (before pattern changes)
2. Design Modification – Updating the designs/ new designs
3. Pattern Editing – Modify original patterns to reflect new design
4. Size Grading – Grading across 4 standard sizes (S–XL) and jeans sizes
5. Tech Pack Completion – Document accessories, trims, ventilation specs, CO2 canister pocket, etc.
6. Final 3D Rendering – Photorealistic visualization with updated design for marketing & factory use
________________________________________
You’ll Be Provided With:
• Original DXF pattern files (jeans + jackets) to start working from
• Sketches and design intent documents
• Garment requirements (airbag zip, CE zones, vents, pockets, etc.)
• Moodboard (if needed)
• Fit feedback, material specs, brand assets
• Close support from the Mo’cycle team throughout development
________________________________________
Who We’re Looking For
• Proficient in CLO3D garment creation (including sewing logic and modular parts)
• Experience with technical or protective gear — motorcycle gear is a big plus
• Able to simulate functional details: vents, snap pockets, airbag zippers
• Comfortable with pattern editing and grading
• Clear communicator and responsive to iterative feedback
• From sketch to final patterns and techpack
________________________________________
Project Timeline
• Start: August 2025
• Workload: ~1–2 garments at a time (pants and jacket), broken down into stages
• Collaboration: Remote with weekly check-ins
________________________________________
Payment & Structure
• Fixed-price per task or hourly (depending on experience and stage)
• Potential for ongoing work in future airbag apparel lines (modular jackets, female fit, urban cuts)
________________________________________
To Apply
Please include:
1. CLO3D portfolio (especially technical pants or jackets)
2. Which stages you are confident in handling (1–6 from the list above)
3. Your rates (hourly or fixed per garment stage)
4. A short message about your experience with functional/protective clothing
________________________________________
