Can you draw and make a design stencil for clothing?

This is a creative job for a very creative person. The appointed person will need to draw and create two stencils patterns on A4 card paper. One stencil will be of a rose bush and the other a love heart. My intention is to transfer both stencil patterns onto clothing using dye. Therefore each stencil will need to withstand dye more than one time. I will supply the images that I would like you to sketch and use to create the stencil patterns.
