CAD Pattern Maker & Tech Pack: Trouser Balancing & Engineering

I am seeking an experienced technical apparel CAD pattern maker to create a production-ready digital pattern (DXF & 1:1 printable PDF) alongside a tech pack.

This project involves modifying and updating an existing high waisted - wide leg trouser I own using photos and measurements as sample cannot be shipped . While the core leg silhouette serves as the foundation, you will be responsible for executing several aesthetic and structural design changes including: removing belt loops, engineering a deep hem, incorporating seasonal ease, and updating seam allowances while ensuring the overall fit and Balance are perfectly maintained.

Required deliverables:

Production read CAD files: DXF format with separate layers for annotations, grainlines and seam allowances & 1:1 Printable PDF layout

Tech pack must include: A tech pack for single base size only. Must include a technical flat sketch, structural annotations, BOM, Step by step construction notes for finishes and single size factory –ready POM chart.

Toiling, testing and revision scope:

Phase 1 - Initial draft, You will deliver the initial digital pattern based on the above specification
Pahe 2 - Physical toiling - I will print & sew a physical toile on both linen and thicker autumn/winter fabric
Phase 3 - Pattern fine tuning - I will provide you with specific , clear measurement adjustments or fit feedback based on the toiles. You will execute one round of digital adjustments to true the final pattern and update tech pack specs before final handover.
