Boho-Luxe Womenswear Designer Needed for 15-Piece Capsule

Project Description:
I am looking for a talented Fashion Designer and Apparel Product Developer to collaborate with me on a premium, European-style womenswear capsule collection. The aesthetic is romantic, vintage-inspired, and boho-luxe (similar to Isabel Marant, Ulla Johnson, and Sea New York).

The project consists of 15 cohesive styles (dresses, tops, and blouses) focused on natural fibers like cotton, linen, viscose, and their blends.
My budget for this project is $80 USD. Since we are working step-by-step, I will pay you in parts as the client approves each stage. If the client loves this debut collection, there will be a lot of steady, long-term work for us in the future. Let me know if this works for you so we can get started

What I need you to create:

Concept mood board and color story.

Fabric, trim, and print/embroidery proposals.

15 individual design sketches (detailed flats).

Production-ready Tech Packs for each style (including BOM, construction notes, measurements, and care instructions).

One full collection overview/synergy sheet.

We will work in a step-by-step, collaborative process, getting approval on each stage before moving forward.

Requirements:

Strong experience in contemporary/boho womenswear design.

Expertise in creating factory-ready tech packs.

Good understanding of natural fabrics, embroidery, and trims.
