Experience Level: Entry

I have a pair of trousers which I need to cut down the seam each side and hemmed and then sewed ties in the middle. I have attached one image of the original trousers and one of the ones with the ties. I could source the ties so all that would need to be done would be to hem the trousers and sew the ties!
