Extra notes: I am looking for help from an experienced and talented clothing designer to help us launch a line of base layer garments for children in Norway, Sweden and Finland.

As you know, weather in the Nordic countries is pretty cold -- at least for around 6 months of the year :). And almost all of the children here go to full-time daycare from age 1 until school starts at age 6. They spend a lot of time outside, and need a good base layer of wool to stay warm.

Through our existing businesses, we establish direct relationships with a around 65% of new families each year. One of the product categories we would like to add to our portfolio, is a line of specialty underwear. Here are some of the key characteristics we have in mind for the line:

- The best materials. We have already established a relationship with the premier supplier of organic merino wool in Australia. The material will be light, machine washable, durable, and will carry a '100% organic' label.
- Great fitting, great details. We want each piece to be extremely well engineered. The line with consist of very few styles, but each style will be exceptional. Experience from designing technical clothing for sports/fitness is relevant. A toddler is basically doing sports all day long . . . :)
- Stylish branding, but cleverly executed. We can't have itchy tags . . .
- Comfort. Flat seams. Best elastics for waist, etc.
