8.5-13inch t-shirt design

I am looking to find someone who can do cartoon sketches of people or famous buildings to be used on t-shirts. The theme of the shirts are American libertarian.

I am looking for 12-15 images and would be willing to pay 100$ per image but would like to start with a trial first.

The first image I would like is the Federal Reserve building at the bottom with satan/devil above the building in the middle and top of the image. Satan/devil would be Controlling the building like a puppet with an evil look on his face
