3 black & white hand drawings on t-shirt pockets

I am looking for 3 separate designs. The actual pocket (4" x 4.5") should also be hand drawn.

1) A pocket with a rose growing out of it. See my crappy drawing for my general idea.

2) A pocket with a pair of eye glasses folded inside. See my crappy drawing for my general idea.

3) A pocket with a packet of cigarettes in it.

I've included a photo of the kind of art I'm looking for. This should not take more than an hour or less.
