2 replica chiffon dresses made by early November

I'm looking for a dressmaker close to London who is able make a replica of a dress for me. I'm able to provide the material in chiffon, and can come to you for measurements (or provide measurements via email). These are bridesmaids dresses that I'm hoping will match the existing style I have chosen, and I would need them by early November. Please see the attached pictures for the style.
