Traffic jam

The mayor of our small community wants more tourist and says he likes traffic, attached is a work I had done, what is wrong with it
1.Using old stock images
2. Boring bland face of mayor
3. City setting,
Have included , stock material to modify. I want some loud motorcycles mixed in with holiday traffic(not business traffic as depicted), one or more pedestrians bothered by noise and pollution one of the motorcyclist with the face of François with a pony tail, motorcycles would be harley type as per example and tractor sa per attached example with same happy face, Can't post enough files, so will add later
