Stickers/Wall Stickers

I am looking for someone who can help me create wall stickers i am completely new to the print industry and have 0 experience in Corel draw Illustrator Photoshop etc. I have lots of ideas but no idea how to create them... I want to make wall stickers one example being cartoon dinosaurs i don't have any files currently but happy to pay for a service even if it was a full days work. I hope this makes sense i'm not even sure i should be contacting you someone told me to ask a freelance designer so thought i would take a stab at it...
