Specific anthro fanart character for a Visual Novel.

Hello everyone!
I am looking for someone who can create a fanart drawing in 2D Manga-Style, that would match a fanatsyworld setting. The character is an 'anthro' character from an old video game. I'm looking for a colored full body image, the size of the picture should be about 500x1500 without background.
The character is Rei from the VG Breath of Fire 3. Now the original desing of the character is the picture attached as #1.

However I would like to see it slightly adopted in a way which I found in a picture from pinterest. (Attachment #2)
I would like the face and its expression, the bodyshape, the color of the clothing and the length of the bandages on the lower arms to be adapted as in attachment #2. The hairstyle shall still match the original design from attachment #1.
The small vest, the knifes, the bandages on the legs the wristrings and rings around the ankles shall be removed. The trouser should only have the length of a short.

The pose of the character should be as in the left picture in Attachment #3. But the arms shall be placed like the picture on the right. It is important that the non-humanoid features are kept. (Tigertail, feet, ears)
