Promotional animated Cartoon Video for blogsite launch.

Information for the business: I am launching my blogsite
Industry: Publishing/Journalism
Design details: I need a customised animated cartoon video for my blogsite launch. Should be between 45-60seconds introducing the blogsite features in a funny and dramatic way to the audience.
The video should be a motion video depicting locations as for example, the London underground, bus stop or inside a train or London bus.
It will feature a boy (about 10yrs), his father and a young lady.
I can provide the script (open to suggestions from you). But you will be required to provide the voice over.
You would also have to upload the video to youtube and my blogsite.
I will like the job completed by 15 October.

Ideas for the visual style: The young boy is a mixed race, the father a white man(in dread locks) and the young lady is a black woman.
Extra notes: I would like 1(one) episode for £100 or 3 (three) episodes for £200 featuring the main characters, as above, in different settings.
