To create a flyer / poster/ correspondence highlighting the availability and benefits of a Universal Method Martial Art breakfast club

When students are introduced to an early regiment of exercise, they become more focused and ready to learn, in part, to an increased oxygen flow to the brain combined with an increase in neurotransmitters.

The other side benefit of exercising in the morning is that it improves mood, lowers aggression and increases attention sensory motor learning, cardiovascular, cognitive performance and learning.

Messages to communicate through the design: HI we are looking for a designer that can create these characters for us (as well as the flyer). This is a new campaign that we are starting that will be rolled out to a number of schools to encourage early morning martial art sessions.
