Make the Mario - Yoshi image character with movable hands for the watch art project

Make the image of yoshi and mario side by side (or back to back) in the centre of the watch (round shape), with the clock numbers (1-12) around the circle with the old classic font or mario bross font. their hands (shoulders) have to touch and is in the centre of the circle and the hands would become the hands of the watch (yoshi's hand is shorter to show hours and mario's hand is longer to show minutes)

These hands design would be seperate as I need to cut them along the outline...

I will provide you the diamater of the clock......
