Illustrator wanted to work on ghost ‘horror’ comic

I’m currently in the final stages of finishing a 20 page horror comic based around a particularly unnerving ghost story. The aim is to make it genuinely an unsettling read. My regular illustrator has commitments so I’m looking for someone who can do it justice. Nothing particularly ‘cartoonesque’ is wanted. So please don’t apply if you simply have experience in caractures.

Turnaround time must be reasonable and not too long - similar experience isn’t an absolute requirement. Should the project go well it could lead to similar work.

If you have similar work you can show, then this will do fine however if not and you are interested ( and further to discussing the project with myself ) It’ll be preferable if you can supply a couple of images (just in b/w) of one of the pages to see if you can interpret the storyboard correctly. Basic outline and nothing detailed at all is required.

This goes against my usual practise on pph however due to issues with a previous illustrator who couldn’t follow the brief I feel in this case necessary.
