Illustrated Avatar

To provide an illustrated avatar 'of me' for use on a new fitness website. I'll provide a picture of me and an example of the type of illustration I'm after. The avatar/character must portray a fun, welcoming and friendly personality in keeping with our website. Maybe a thumbs up or welcoming wave or potentially a fitness type pose as with the 'Alice' avatar provided in the sample material.
