I need black line cartoons for a book

I am writing a book and need numerous cartoons. I have used photos or clip art to act as temporary illustrations for each cartoon. I now need those temporary illustrations transformed into black line cartoons.

I have attached a sample page showing the style of cartoon I required, together with two example photos that need to be represented as cartoons.

My total budget for the cartoons in the book is up to £1000. However, I first need examples of these two samples. So please initially quote the cost of doing just these two cartoons. Please also supply a sample of your past work that is nearest to my requirement.
