I need an illustrator for facebook banners

Hi, I am a Financial Adviser. I am looking to create around 10 illustrations in a Facebook banner. Each illustration will depict 'Mr Friendly Finance' with their client or multiple clients. A profile cartoon pic of Mr Friendly Finance already exists. This profile pic must be copied.

Illustration examples will be as follows:

1. Pic of Mr Friendly Finance giving financial advice to a white european couple in their home.

2. Pic of Mr Friendly Finance giving financial advice to an african with dreadlocks in a cafe

3. Pic of Mr Friendly Finance giving financial advice to a female teacher

4. Pic of Mr Friendly Finance giving financial advice to a male Dr

and more...

I prefer someone from the UK. I would want someone who can provide a creative input in the style of the illustrations and possible inclusive of short dialogue in max 2-3 'speech boxes'.
