I need an animated 2D character

Information for the business: I am a Social Media Professional
Industry: Education
Design details: I am looking to get a character designed which represents both me as a social media manager and my target audience.
I am rebranding and the theme is "social media recipes" with cooking references for the food retail industry.
Images such as me in a chefs hat with mixing a pot, or a recipe book and similar is the kind of thing I am going for.
I will need a few different designs and regular ebook covers and transparent templates that I can add to my PDF pages (if that's possible?)

But firstly I'd like to get the first character done and know I have full rights to this design and can come back to you for further design needs.
So a character with a mixing spoon in one hand and a recipe book in the other, wearing a chefs hat and apron would be perfect.

I will also need this character for some web design work as I need to rebrand my website. Here's the link and you can see the character I have. I like this but need the cooking theme alongside it.

Extra notes: There will be a lot of repeat work and this is important as once I use the character I MUST be able to then keep using it as my theme for my creations and products. Therefore they must be unique and all rights to the creation and it's use solely to me.
