I need a POC of 4 male teens illustration for a new comedy

I would like to have an illustration of the following four characters:

1. Jacob Hansson - Swedish descent (the main character)
2. Paul Dang - Vietnamese descent (best friend)
3. Harry Hampton - Scottish descent (friend)
4. Trevor Nestor - South African descent (friend)

I've attached an example of the sort of visuals I am going for each character. The poses of them together should reflect their personality.

1. Jacob is obsessed with women and dating but screws up a lot and says the wrong things.
2. Paul is introverted but a loyal friend to Jacob.
3. Harry Hampton is a loose cannon, no boundaries, highly confident joker type.
4. Trevor is the smooth character with witty comebacks and good style.

The characters are all around 18/19 years old in the first book. The story is inspired by:

Skins, Inbetweeners, The Office + American Pie.

I'm open to discussing the development of the characters and their personality so we can get the correct poses for each character.
