I need a number of professional bespoke cartoon "characters" done...

Design details: So I need a few cartoon characters done - nothing crazy just something bespoke that I will be including in certain emails that I write to clients - guess the best format would be JPEG or PNG but open to suggestions...

This is to go along with a website I am having developed - so I will send across a "how it works" video and a logo so you get a sense of style / colour theme.

The images will be a a mascot I need to e created -
A superhero hamster (so yes, a little muscly :-)) with an "M" on chest and a cape (I know this may seem random but I swear it makes sense!):

1. hamster with "merit / success" badge on chest
2. hamster on a wheel
3. Hamster knocking on a door
4. hamster [with sergeant hat?] saluting
5. hamster with binoculars / torch finding / looking for someone
6. hamster shaking hands with a person
7. hamster hanging on a rope (for dear life)
8. hamster holding up a card with "A*" written on it
9. hamster with a wand, "magic" coming out
Ideas for the visual style: Cartoony - simple - black and white except red "M" and red "cape"
