Format my manga to 5 x 7.5 inch and publish paperback on KDP

Hi,

I have drawn a manga, 203 interior pages + cover art. I used Clip Studio Paint and all my files are in (.clip) format. I can't seem to be able to resize it to the standard 5x7.5 inch manga standard size. I have done my ebook but need to add a paperback version to my Amazon KDP. I have tried to do it myself but it has come up with some issues. I drew my manga in B4 and reduced the size to 5.09 x 7.2 inch, but i cannot make it the perfect 5 x 7.5 manga standard, which is where I need experts, or people who has done this before. (please do not offer your services if you have never done it before, you will fall in the same traps as I did).

In summary, I need someone to do all of the following:

1. Format all my pages to 5 x 7.5 inches (the standard manga pages, read from right to left)
2. Format my cover to fit the 5 x 7.5 size while taking care the spine fits where it should be (considering it's read from right to left)
3. Upload my book yourself so you can deal with the issues KDP may come up with (rather than back and forth between me and you). If you are not comfortable with that I can still upload the PDF, but you will agree to retouch the work until it's accepted by KDP.
4. Make sure the manga is printed and read from right to left. (KDP does not allow uploads for right to left reading and will see the pagination as reverse. We will need to tell them that manga is actually read in reverse, i.e. right to left).
5. Amazon will tend to add a barcode on the cover and will block my name - you need to avoid that.

This is an urgent job and ideally I would like for it to be finished this week.
