Fanart character for a visual novel

Hello everyone!
I am looking for someone who can create a fanart drawing in 2D Manga-Style of a anthro character from an old video game. I'm looking for a full body image, the size of the picture should be about 500x1500 without background.
The character is Chaco as seen in the picture added as attachment. the pose of the character should be like the #4 with an expression as in image #2 from this reference for 'Dakimakura'-poses:

The character should only be dressed with its trouser from the first attached Picture however only in the way as the right of 2nd attached picture. It's most important that the non-human characteristics (wings, feet) are kept!
