Design 2 Life-Like Digital Characters - 2D or 3D Preferred

Design details: I need custom images of a man and woman who look healthy and fit. These images will replace the images currently used on my website at the following pages:

http://www.reinventingaging.org/fat-loss-for-grownups/exit2/ - top of page and replace image on the books

The images will need to have similar facial features to the ones currently on the site since they are used on the sales video of the above link. The primary changes are that the characters need to be more lifelike than the ones currently on the website (currently too cartoonish). The images should also clearly show that the people are fit with some muscle tone, but should not make them look like body builders nor should they look like exotic comic book characters. The characters should be similarly sized and oriented as they currently are on each of the links above. The characters should blend well with the website which also requires that the image DPI be set appropriately.

You will need to provide sketches of various ideas for the characters and when a design is approved, have a single image of the characters finished based on the requirements.

You should be familiar with photoshop so that you can add the people to my existing templates so that I can get a good grasp on how the new characters will work with the page.
