Character designs for children

Greetings from the UAE, i am looking for an agile and quick character design for up to 6 small characters (2 needed urgently) that morph out from basic balls into M&M types of character, this for an entity in Abu Dhabi who is looking to develop these for their childrens stories.

Please do let me know if you have the bandwidth and time to do this, at what cost (of course we can talk more) and what would be your timeline.
