Cartoon images from photos

I am looking for some one to produce some simple cartoon characters for an army cadet project to help illustrate training subjects.

Attached are some photos to work from to see that we are on the same wave length. If all is okay then there will be a series of characters that I will ask you to create from phots or descriptions that I will send. The images will be used on projected on Power Point presentations and in small hand out booklets.

Please keep images simple but in a humours style.
