Design details: Hi, I am looking to have a character drawn .

I am looking for a humanised, cartoon style horse, stood up and giving double thumbs up (Human hands) like The Fonz. Facing dead-on with the head turned as in attachment 'HEAD'.

I'm hoping he can be wearing some combat style trousers, some cool sneakers and a cheeky grin. Nice big eyes.

The mascot is for a website selling horsie hoodies so I would like him to wear a hoody, with a fairly sizeable, clean (no creases) frontage for me to superimpose designs onto. His thumbs-up must not impede the hoody frontal area.

Hoody - sky blue (Similar to Thomas The Tank Engine I guess!)
Trousers - tan
Sneakers -red/white

I like different weight brushstroke for the black outlines, rather than a simple black stroke around any features.

Is this possible? I would like the design in EPS and/or AI format, with no background :)
