Cartoon Amor as a super hero

Do you know Amor? Is the God of love. Every Amor is presented as a small fat guy with blonde curly hair. I need something else. I need the Amor as a super hero (like from Marvel or DC Comics).
My Amor is muscled tall guy with blonde hair (modern male haircut in attachment). He's got his bow but it's not a traditional bow, it's a super modern bow which is used with "love arrows". His clothing accentuates his muscles and it's in red colour (#a3211b) - it's not necessary to be all in red. On his chest he's got our logo (the creative placement it's up to you) and he's got big wings like an angel.

(he knows I need to be hit by the love arrow). His eyes are blue and he's got beard just like David Beckham has.
The Cartoon will be used on a dating site so it must be trusted also for women.
I need the result of Cartoon in PSD file on a transparent background.
If I will be satisfied with the result we can make together many versions of the Amor (for cover photos of social network pages, for ads, for video, etc.) so pleas, be original and very creative I can guarantee you further similar projects.

The style and inspiration in a attachments but it's probably colored, I prefer the digital drawing not with so many shadows.
We can discuss about the fix price. It's important to have some cartoon drawing in your portfolio which is similar to DC Comics.
THE RESULT MUST BE IN 300 DPI AT LEAST.
