Adobe Illustrator cartoon avatars

I am looking for someone who is adept in Adobe Illustrator to create avatars of people in the style attached (flat & simple). I am able to send you all of my current designs, meaning that you can duplicate and manipulate design assets to make the process all the more easier.

I currently have in excess of 20 avatars needing, and will have new ones each and every month (and so this could become a continuous source of income).

So far I've personally created all of the avatars, but I'm now looking to outsource them so that I can allocate my time to other tasks.
