A simple top section drawing to show fractions

Required for today.

I would like someone to draw a simple image and add fraction numbers to it. It will be a top section picture only not the entire page. I have made a video to show what I mean. It is a simple task, but requires you to make good use of the space as it is a tight fit.

You are only using the information from the pdf's you are not copying the design, this is just so you have the text and numbers you need.

The image can be given as a picture file. As long as when stretched it fits nicely into the top section. Or if you think that is not suitable , please do suggest an alternative. If will take less than an hour. Nothing too detailed is needed is required.
